Please be advised that we are prepared to accept with due allowance made the goods that you have tendered to us pursuant to our no arrival, no sale contract dated [Contract date], regarding the following goods: [Description of goods].
As you are aware, there was a partial loss of the goods in transit amounting to [Description of loss] or the goods arrived after the time specified in the contract for their delivery or our inspection revealed that the goods have deteriorated to the following point: [Description of deterioration]. In view of the foregoing, we are willing to accept the goods with the following allowance from the contract price: [Description of allowance].
Please advise us of the acceptability of this allowance as soon as possible so that we may make arrangements to take possession of the goods.
